The Caroline of Brunswick is a distinctive and welcoming establishment opposite the Level in Brighton.

Glamorous, sexy and fun, we are still a proper pub, with friendly staff, courtyard beer garden, and a wide selection of drinks including Cask Marque-accredited cask ales.

Our aim is to serve great drink and food in a relaxed bohemian atmosphere. If you like it loud, then check out our weekend DJ and party nights, when the city’s finest alternative DJs take to the decks.

We host a variety of small gigs and special events in our classy and intimate Upper Lounge bar, which is the home of Brighton’s newest comedy club, Knock Knock Comedy. The Upper Lounge is also available for private hire.
